Qualified
We hire and nurture the best of teacher talent from across the best universities in the country. Our mentors are selected based on the biggest qualification — a boundless love for children. Their objective is to help each child "be herself" and discover her true potential.

Trained
Intensive training from specialized training partners — some of the best in the country, backs their attitude and aptitude. Our trained and certified mentors have gone through studies ranging from child psychology to early childhood development to mathematics and language.

We also maintain a small child to mentor ratio, roughly 12:1 inorder to ensure that each child gets the right amount of attention.

Some say teaching can be quite a monotonous job. That's never the case in Ananda. We don't teach, remember?
